    Hello. I'm in the process of choosing a program for to adopt. Ethiopia is one of two places I'm most interested in and was wondering if there was any updated information out there related to the integrity of the adoptions taking place in Ethiopia? I know with the inception of PAIR, additional safeguards were put into place, but I was wondering if anyone had anymore concrete information related to practices on the other end. Thank you for creating a blog like this..
